They worked fine till I installed Firmware 14. No problem other than the slow load times you refer to. You can only upload files of type PNG, JPG, or JPEG. It shouldn't zap the firmware back to any previous version. Their dialogue gets the same respectful treatment as the sound effects. To my surprise Sony followed up today with a phone call from their support team to notify that the are working the problem. Skyfall will play.

I don't think this is an issue with AnyDVD now though, I just have a feeling that this particular disc is picky about what drives it will work on...the guy at useful source R1 US.
