The solution was as easy as changing the outgoing server to mail.secureserver.net (as apposed to SMTP.secureserver.net). Re: What is up with Godaddy smtpout.secureserver.net and Droid Incredible????? Under the advance button - SSL on (I have SSL) Server port is 995. I had to delete all email accounts.

Tap IMAP or POP, depending on the type of account you have. Password Your email account password. NOTE: "smtpout.secureserver.net" is an SMTP relay server. Check This Out Hope that helps.
