I am just so frustrated that the faults I have on mine seem to be so common, and yet Skoda don't seem to care. we have also experienced problems with Power steering warning light always coming on. In such an event it cannot be a fuse issue. Skoda Fabia light problems 3 years 1 month ago #73873 college man Offline Moderator Posts: 14664 Thank you received: 1833 Karma: 273 see if this helps.

It does not matter which door you open or close, there is still no response at all. For some reason the Skodas seem to have more elec. change the wire that links the alternater with the battery. My external lights seem to work fine always, as do the curtesy internal lights (ie: the bright white light above the centre console, and the bright white light in the boot).

Flickering headlights. When the summer months came it stopped doing it so assumed it just didn't like the cold weather. I have changed the bulbs various times and checked fuses (which are ok) and until a few weeks ago would every now and then lose my lowbeam, however now its completely http://atomirc.net/skoda-fabia/skoda-fabia-dipped-headlights-not-working.html Like Reply | Report as offensive | Link Wed 6 May 2009 11:17 Electrical problems ??

Skoda Headlight warning light stopped working.? They were a little disappointed.... Believe it or not Iam trying to help you. A simple job** I like my car now!
I immediately took it to an independant garage and he said that it shouldn't happen on a car so young and he had seen a few fabias with the same problem. I am looking for a simple standard (OEM quality) H1/H7 bulb and nobody is interested in selling it to me. Yes, multiple trips to Halfords for the bulbs to be changed and both stores also checked the fuses. I'm going to query if the hydro pump was really faulty or if it was an angle sensor problem all the time!
I could have done without the expense!
