The 2nd oven still works fine but the clock and igniter for the hob doesnt work. Since then the thermostat light comes on when I switch the fan oven on, but it doesn't heat up. The top and bottom heating elements appear to be working. However after 6 months the element packed in.
This is my second SMEG, the last one was as bad, I would go out of my way to suggest people do not buy a SMEG appliance. appalling assembly and very cheap parts. I've just been making do with using the regular non-fan assisted oven mode which works fine. It's sticky, and seems more likely to be grease that's escaping from the back of the actual ovens when it's in use rather than burning due to excess heat.Needless to say, With it not off it should be open circuit IE no reading on meter.
