Changing the width of my menu items to suit the text. Reply Neda August 14, 2010 at 11:56 pm Hi! The whole reason for this to be added in this way is to make the CSS shorter, and thus loading time shorter. I'd try 13em, the same at your submenu list items. http://atomirc.net/spry-menu/spry-menu-bar-not-working-in-chrome.html
I have tried commenting most everything except the menu out, but it still didn't work. The rest of the properties will be inherited. This whole tutorial is really ideally meant for reading throughout, so just take the 20mins or so it will take and please feedback how you found it. Can you please tell me how I can somehow update my template file to give me the ability to update the spry menu. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/22337009/spry-menu-bar-display-issues-on-firefox-and-chorome-working-fine-on-ie

I am building a site and ran into this problem. I have been scouring forums to try to solve this problem.
For example for those menus withthout any submenues i prefer to use right pointing arrows (before menus) and for menus with submenus, using downward pointing arrows (before it). Using the WYSIWYG functionality to alter the look of the spry. I inherited a project and I can't get this menu working.
Have also tried resetting the width on the one menu that comes up but that doesn't bring any other menus into view. And more important is that when you move the mouse away from these submenus, the same top-level items again disappear or hidden under those submenus. I have reverted to my original code and still nothing. Well done =)Reply Like •Richard, So glad you made thisby Stevn De Lozada 218320244Richard, So glad you made this section.

When you add a Spry menu, DW will always create the Spry Assets folder in the Local Site Folder for the site that you have currently chosen in the Site menu Not a Member Yet? If the user clicks on buttons on the Apex page, nothing happens. this content Type style and size: DW does not specify styles for the text in its menu bars so the style attributes are picked up from the page element(s) that enclose the menu
